The Company professionnals are well recognised in the field of coaching and counselling with long careers in organisations at senior levels. Our mission is to help companies optimise the potential of their people by using competences and tools derived from psychology and management. We do this with an acute sense for professionalism and ethics in a spirit of partnership with clients that count among some of the largest French and international groups. One of our objectives is also to be a laboratory for research and the promotion of best practices as evidenced by our commitment to teaching psychology and coaching in some of the best schools, our contributions in the founding of the European Coaching Association (AEC) as well as our publications of reference books in the fields of psychology, management and coaching.  »
