CODE OF ETHICS

........We are committed to and bound by a Code of Ethics. Its primary purpose is to protect the clients of the firm by promoting exemplary rules of conduct. The Code insists, in particular, on the following principles:

RESPECT FOR THE PERSON, his/her dignity, freedom and protection

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY of the consultant who has a strong theoretical and practical training and continues to improve on his skill base, maintaining a framework of technical supervision

RESPONSIBILITY AND INTEGRITY of the professional in all circumstances

CONFIDENTIALITY and respect of professional secrecy, a pre-requisite for the establishment of a relation of trust

DUTY TO THE ORGANISATION AND THE INDIVIDUALS, to seek the best possible outcome within a framework of non interference in the organisation and respect for the values of the individual.

Furthermore, to avoid any conflict of interest the ethical framework specifically foresees :

A commitment of non solicitation of the individuals outside of the contractual agreement with AXIS MUNDI

Any referral to another specialist will be proposed with a professional who is not part of the team of AXIS MUNDI

All work takes place within the established contractual framework with no direct proposal for services to individuals

Each consultant is, moreover, bound by his/her own professional code of ethics (doctors' charter, code of ethics for psychologists, for professional coaches, etc.).

We are available for an audit by our clients on methods of operations (in the respect of client confidentiality).
